From a Psychology BSc (Hons), Masters and Doctoral study of Coaching, continuing professional development and supervision Jo draws upon a best in class toolkit of coaching techniques. She effectively challenges and supports individuals and groups to understand themselves, tackle blockers, strengthen resilience and develop the skills and strategies to progress and realise their visions, goals and ambitions.
